My personal health journey is actually what inspired me to open Renu 🤍

After mold exposure, my body was not the same.

I struggled with fatigue, brain fog, inflammation — and significant gut issues that felt impossible to calm. Bloating, sensitivity, nervous system dysregulation… I felt inflamed from the inside out.

As I worked through detox and gut repair protocols, two therapies became non-negotiables in my healing routine:

Regular infrared sauna sessions supported my body’s natural detox pathways through deep sweating, improved circulation, and lymphatic movement — which was critical during toxin recovery.
