Arbonne 30 day detox.
Here's just a quick run down of what this is and what this isn't.
1. What is a detox?
First, I'll tell you what it's not. It's NOT a fad diet. This is a jump start to a healthier, cleaner way of living by eliminating high allergenic foods from your diet for a certain amount of time. This allows your body to rid itself of the toxins from foods/drinks we consume (i.e. preservatives, processed foods, GMOs, etc). It brings your body down from an acidic state to an alkaline state.
2. Who should detox?
EVERYONE. Period.
3. How is this different from other 30 day challenges or weight loss programs?
First, this is a detox, so see number 1. But what is distinctive about the Arbonne plan is what IS NOT in our products. We do not use soy or gluten - these can be allergenic. We do not use any artificial sweeteners like sucralose (aka Splenda) - we use Stevia which is an herb. We do not use whey which is a derivative of dairy which for many people can cause inflammation. We do not use any Genetically Modified Organisms - GMOs.
4. Clean Eating Challenge/Detox Bootcamp⦠do I go somewhere for the bootcamp?
NO. You do this at home, but with a group of other people via a secret group on Facebook. It's a virtual bootcamp where you get full support, coaching, encouragement, recipes, meal plans, grocery lists, etc. And you can be from anywhere...just connect via fb
5. Do I have to do a lot of cooking?
Assuming you prepare one meal a day for yourself, then no, it's about the same.
6. Do I have to give up these foods forever?
NO. But you will find out what foods you are allergic, intolerant or sensitive to and how they make you feel. So there may be certain foods that you choose to stay away from more often.
7. Are there any side effects?
YES! Healthy weight loss (if that's a goal of yours), clearer skin, better sleep, more energy, no more feeling sluggish, no more joint pain, no more acid reflux, improved food palette and more! π
8. Does it cost money?
YES. However, you are only paying for the products you'll use to supplement meals you'd be eating anyway. Once you take away the fast food, quick stop drinks, Starbucks, etc, it's a wash or maybe even cheaper than your monthly cost on food/snacks/drinks. The coaching, virtual bootcamp, meal plans, recipes are all FREE!!
