There is no growth when you get comfortable. Getting complacent doesn’t help you be the best version of you, it puts you on autopilot and you just get through. If you are feeling overwhelmed, anxious or even scared about a “new” opportunity, GOOD!! When you step out of your comfort zone, give yourself a reminder, this feeling of being uncomfortable means there’s an opportunity to be better on the other side. This feeling means I’m doing something new and challenging, it doesn’t mean I can’t do it!!! Do something today that makes you uncomfortable and take that first step of being your best self. Today, I’m looking for 5 people who are interested in taking their health to the next level and rolling into 2026 with a good foundation of habits.
