I took some much-needed time to be with my family and completely closed my books for the last month. With a very heavy heart, I’m sharing that my father recently passed away. With my mom passing just a year and nine months ago, it feels like I’ve been living in a state of mourning for nearly two years.

I know I’m navigating a new deepened relationship with grief, learning it in real time. But I also know that doing what lights me up and supporting others is vital to who I am. So I’m here, gently opening the door again.

If you’re looking for a reading or an intuitive massage, the seat is ready for you. I would love to work with you. I’m now available on Tuesdays and Wednesdays in Glenview, Illinois, and virtually from anywhere in the world.

🌞 Mornings filled with laughter are the absolute best.

Today reminded me how much joy my girls bring to even the simplest moments. First, I accidentally startled one of them in the bathroom (her face was priceless 😂). And then later, the other woke up and, in the sweetest little voice, announced she had peed the bed. No shame, no blame—just a moment of honesty and innocence that melted my heart.

These little moments remind me: laughter is what sets the tone for the whole day. And when we hold space for our kids without judgment, we get to model compassion, humor, and love right back. 💜

Kaileen Cox, or Kai for short, is a fourth generation healer. Kai received her training as a licensed massage therapist in 2011, and has been working professionally to help people heal through a variety of modalities such as Lomi Lomi, Bio-Touch and Aromatherapy with Essential Oils. Realizing emotional pain and past trauma have as much of an affect on the body as current physically discomfort, she decided to start incorporating some of her other gifts. Since a child, Kai has been able to see spirits and energies and has honed her intuition to be able to communicate with them to help people heal on a spiritual and mental level. Kai also believes that each individual cell holds memories and voltage, therefore to heal on a physical level one must release memories that no longer serve and make sure each cell has the adequate amount of energy. A few ways voltage can be added to the body is with the power of touch, crystals, sound therapy, and devices that send voltage directly into the body. Kai uses all these tools and beliefs to create a unique healing environment for people to innately heal themselves. Kai takes pride in taking the time to understand what each client needs in order to reach wellness. That’s why so many of our clients become regulars.
