Hi everyone! I’m excited to finally share something I’ve been working on. My name is Krystl. I’m a mom of three busy kids and a full time Registered Nurse living in Northfield, Minnesota. Between family life, long nursing shifts, workouts, and everything else that fills our schedules, I know how hard it can be to find snacks that are quick, healthy, and actually satisfying.

I wanted something simple, filling, and packed with protein without tasting like a chalky protein bar. That’s how 𝑷𝒐𝒘𝒆𝒓 𝑩𝒓𝒂𝒌𝒆 𝑷𝒓𝒐𝒕𝒆𝒊𝒏 was born. 🚗💪

Each batch is homemade using simple ingredients with no added sugars and about ✨ 10 grams of protein per serving ✨ Every package will include nutrition information so you know exactly what you’re fueling your body with.

These protein balls are great for:

✔ Athletes and sports teams
✔ Work or school snacks
✔ Post workout fuel
✔ Anyone who needs a quick, healthy grab and go option

For the first launch, I will be making a limited number of batches in a few flavors and selling what is available. Since I’m still working as a full time nurse, this allows me to keep everything fresh while I get things rolling and grow the business.

Over the coming months I’m excited to grow this little business by introducing new flavors and expanding availability as demand grows.
