Getting excited to dtart a whole new season of self-care yoga!!!! Even if you don’t consider yourself a yoga person, you will get some deep reflection for your mind and soul (not to mention some strength and flexibility for your body!). Join me for 6 weeks leading into spring!

Instructor Amanda Sieger has an engaging class planned, consisting of a 45 minute yoga practice, followed by reflection and journaling time on topics designed to deepen and advance the care of your mind, body and spirit. When I was little I would get so frustrated when things “didn’t go right”. My mom even said I had a picture in my mind of what I wanted and when reality was different than that picture, I got super frustrated. Now that I’m an adult, I am much better at managing expectations (usually!). Come practice letting go and experience the peace and freedom that brings. ☮️✌️

Bloom. I received this cactus as a gift from one of my kindergarten students a whole year ago and somehow I’ve managed to keep it alive (I am a very poor plant mama 😞). And now this beauty is blooming! My good friend Steph always reminds me that I’m blooming so this week’s classes are all about just that-blooming after growth (even if it’s been a year.
