I have found that my responses to people can give me a clue into what I’m struggling to accept within myself.
When I’m judgy, self righteous, or perfectionist it’s likely I feel inadequate in some way. We project ALL THE TIME. The unwanted parts of ourselves get blasted out so quick that we miss the emotions that need our attention. Slow down. Notice if you tend to blame, harshly judge yourself and others or maybe you find yourself in another pattern. Go back and look for a feeling within YOU. What might you be avoiding? How can you compassionately witness all parts of yourself?
