💛 Officially one week into the new year 💛

As I reflect on 2025 I’m so grateful for the immense amount of opportunities and support for my small sound healing business.

From being able to offer free services to our community in the lakes region, co-hosting children’s events and yoga classes with people who always uplift and inspire me, to having the honor of playing at a magnificent yoga retreat. The venues, the vibes and the people truly make this a practice I love and adore so much. 🥰

Im so excited to see what 2026 brings for Sound & Stone ✨🌸✨

I’m taking the next two months off from events to focus on surgery recovery, but I promise to be back early spring to grow and bloom with you all!

What started as a dream to help others realign their energy and reclaim their peace has become a community of souls walking this healing journey together. 💫

As the afternoon light softened, we flowed into restorative yoga and let the crystal bowls carry us into stillness. Surrounded by flowers, pumpkins, and the sounds of the garden, it felt like stepping into a gentle fairytale. 🌿🍂🔔
