Exciting news- after getting the request from many clients, I will hopeful to start a virtual support group on March 2, 2023.

Please reach out to register, as this will be focused on women identifying undergrad, on any college campus in AL or FL

Topics will include homesickness, self esteem, building peer relationships, and managing mental health while on campus.

This is also a place for client's to have a say so in importance of group topics, with room to gather peer support with help from a trained therapist.

Meetings will take place on Zoom

A healthy support system is a must in our lives. Take time today to thank those that are there for you, have lunch, or buy them a coffee!

Make sure we always appreciate those around us as they support us on our healing journey.

I think this can easily relate to a person's therapy journey.

We remember that therapy is often hard, and even though the connections are so fulfilling, it can seem impossible to see the "graduation" point of therapy.

But then- it comes. Watching my clients grow into healthy, autonomous, and thriving individuals will always be the highest payment I will receive.

Been busy lately, but wanted to take a moment to scream HAPPY PRIDE MONTH!

A mission I have is assisting with breaking down barriers to trans-affirmative medical care. Although this is not a specific specialty, I hold the belief all therapists should be able to assist clients with navigating their rights to medical access and provide support and advocacy.

Let us be good allies and provide more safe and inclusive spaces in our offices!
