Medication Update

We want to keep our patients informed and help you plan ahead for your medication orders. Please review the following important updates:

• ⏱ Shipping Timeframe: The pharmacy requires up to 7 business days to process and prepare your order. Once shipped, medications are sent overnight. Please note that the pharmacy does not ship Friday through Sunday.
• 🗓 Plan Ahead: Please place your refill order at least 2 weeks before you run out of medication to avoid delays.
• 📞 How to Order: You may call the clinic or stop by in person to place your order.
• 📬 Tracking & Delivery: If you have not received your medication within 7-10 business days, please contact us so we can assist.
• 📧 Email Notifications: Some patients are not receiving shipping emails due to a FedEx system issue that is currently out of our control. Be watching for your package 7–10 business days after placing your order.
• ❄️ Storage Information: Your medication is best kept refrigerated, but studies show it maintains its efficacy for up to 6 days at 100°F, if temporarily exposed.
• 💉 Syringe Reminder: Medications should arrive with enough syringes. Do not adjust your dose based on the number of syringes provided.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to ensure your medications arrive safely and on time.
