I’m Faith; therapist, space-holder, and the hands and heart behind Nenriki Therapy in Northvale. 🤍

My work is about more than massage.

It’s about regulation, restoration, and helping people come back into alignment through intentional, nervous-system-centered bodywork and wellness experiences. 🌿

This is a reintroduction because I’ve evolved.
I no longer believe healers have to harden to survive.

I believe in softness with structure.
Care with boundaries.

Presence with protection. 🛡️

The world does not need more armored healers.

It needs protected soft ones. 🌸

My work is staying soft; but my standards, discernment, and energetic boundaries are stronger than ever. 🔒

A 90-minute immersion of restorative yoga with gentle massage to ease you deeper into each pose. Throughout the workshop, there will be various mindfulness meditations. Prenatal friendly!
