Dede Farnsworth Health Coach Dedicated to helping people lose weight and live healthier lives. My name is Dede Farnsworth. I am also a wife, and mother of two boys.

I have been a dancer for 40 years, and a healthcare provider for 25 years. It is safe to say I have a passion for health, movement, and the human body. It has been quite troubling to me to watch Americans spiral into an epidemic of obesity, poor health and body misery. I think we all need to be armed with the tools to take back our bodies and our health, and take control of how we look and feel. D
