Hello all. It’s been a bit since I posted, but wanted to check in with everyone and give some updates. I decided to not extend my Reiki room rental at Autumn Sage on Main Street in Norway. I am offering Reiki sessions at my home or I can also travel to you. I am also starting to plan my Women’s Wellness retreats to start back up in June. If you are interested in attending one, please comment or reach out. I will be updating my website soon to reflect all of this. Much love to all. “I attended my very 1st Wellness Retreat in Maine with Dawn of New Well Being. From the time I arrived I felt peace and relaxed. The cabin was so adorable and cozy. All the women in group were well rounded and a pleasure to be with. The sound bath gave me a deep sense of relaxation and release of stress. The Morin Yoga sessions was a great way to start our days providing me with relaxation and focus. We went on a nature hike that was educational and peaceful. The massage session with Taylor was the best massage I have ever had. I felt so amazingly comfortable, relaxed and rejuvenated. My 1st Reiki session with Dawn was deeply relaxing ,calming and left me feeling refreshed. The meals that we had were healthy and delicious. I learned a lot from this retreat on self care, relaxation and natural remedies that we can make from different things in Maine Woods.
