Have you heard about the dangers of faux-tox? Counterfeit Botox caused a rash of systemic infections and dangerous side effects, some requiring hospitalizations this past week. These cases occurred across a number of states, including Kentucky. All cases have been traced back to unlicensed individuals in non medical settings, using mishandled or counterfeit Botox product. It is imperative that you seek these prescription treatments from providers with the proper licensure and training, and that you ask questions about where the product comes from before it is injected.

Advocate for yourself, always!

Guess what we did to give her that lift & ✨glow✨?

My favorite part of my job is supporting those that I love in their aesthetic & wellness goals. My sister is one of my biggest cheerleaders and she has such a lovely canvas! I am forever grateful to be her sister and that she trusts me with her gorgeous face.

Life seems to be moving at hyper speed lately, and then I was plagued with a virus that forced me into a bit of a hibernation & rest period. I rarely get sick, but when I do it’s because I have pushed my body to the point of exhaustion and increased my susceptibility to illness. Getting back into my routine was a struggle at first but today I finally checked all the boxes.

I feel my best when I am able to do the following at least 5/7 days a week:

•45 -60 min strength/mobility training
•3 min cold plunge
•10 min sunshine (WEAR YOUR SPF)
•10 min meditation
•30 min walk
•Take my vitamins, adaptogens & functional mushrooms

I am not a morning person typically, but when I start my day with exercise it gets me energized to take on the day.

Combination treatments are my favorite! A little Diamondglow facial to improve skin texture & infuse medical grade serums for some serious glow, followed by a little lip filler for a perfectly hydrated pout.
Injected: 1 mL of HA filler 💉
Hot tip: add a dermaplane on to the diamondglow treatment to get even better results, the dermaplane removes to outer layer of dead skin so the diamondglow microdermabrasion can work deeper and the serums absorb even better!
