Supporting your mental health doesn’t have to be complicated.✨

Try these tips this holiday season:
• Create a daily “quiet moment” — even 10 minutes with no expectations
• Designate a safe space (a room, your car, or a walk) where you can reset
• Unplug intentionally from social media or holiday noise
• Choose calming activities (warm shower, gentle music, journaling, stretching)
• Stick with what feels soothing, not what feels “productive”
• Give yourself permission to rest without guilt
• Protect your energy by saying yes to less

You don’t have to do it all. Taking care of yourself is enough. 💙
