Fear and anxiety still visit me, but instead of shrinking back, I face them head-on. Each time I do, I feel the Universe guiding me closer to the professional and person I’m meant to be.

I know so many of you are fighting the same fears, and what inspires me most is that we empower each other just by showing up. Every step I take through fear encourages someone else, and every step you take uplifts me. We’re walking this journey together—side by side, growing braver and stronger as we go.

My philosophy is simple: never say no to a growth opportunity. Each “yes” to courage is also a “yes” to alignment, expansion, and becoming more fully ourselves. 🌿

🌑✨ After the intensity of the recent eclipses in Virgo, many of us may be feeling stirred up, unsettled, or pushed to face truths we weren’t expecting. Eclipses are cosmic reset points—they sweep through to clear what’s no longer aligned, often bringing sudden endings, breakthroughs, and awakenings. Virgo’s energy asked us to look closely at the details of our lives, to refine our habits, health, and daily rhythms. It may have felt like a cosmic spotlight shining on what isn’t working.

Now, as the Sun moves into Libra, we receive the medicine of balance and harmony. Libra season invites us to restore equilibrium after the storm—bringing our focus back to beauty, connection, and relationships. Where Virgo showed us the cracks in the foundation, Libra offers us the chance to rebuild with more fairness, grace, and alignment.

This is a powerful time to ask yourself:

I feel like I've been divinely guided to Shasta to revitalize and align my energy. After significant life changes, one of my favorite ways to harmonize the new and gain profound perspective on the old is to immerse myself in nature. Shasta possesses a unique, transformative energy - it's a place where I can pause, breathe deeply, and let the mountain guide me toward self-discovery and enlightenment. Burney Falls and Medicine Lake are breathtaking and infused with magic 🌄💫 Happy 9-9-9
