A tree doesn't seek validation, or worthiness, or praise - it just grows.
As you all know, nature is such a huge source of inspiration and wellness for me. Part of the reason for that is because I believe that within nature, we can find answers to our deepest questions, and those answers normally lie in simplicity.
When it comes to the idea of worthiness, I like to compare and notice how much humans struggle with this, compared to things found in nature.
Nature is here, it's worthy, it's thriving. It knows no limits. The reason why it's so hard for us humans to feel this way, is because we have the conditioning of our minds to contend with. We have the past experiences, the traumas, the negative beliefs that have caused us to think less of ourselves and our worth.
The reality is, we were born worthy and we have always been worthy. Kathrin the reminded me that today.
So whatever you can do to remind yourself of your infinite worthiness, it will be in your favor to do so.
For me, it's comparing myself to nature because we are nature, and nature is perfect, and so are we.
We are worthy.๐
