My mother recently completed a 45 day stay at Novi Lakes to receive rehab for a broken hip. I can't say enough good things about the care she received. The management team and all of the staff are kind, caring and professional. The nurses always took the time to answer any questions our family asked - Ashley, Jessica, Mariah, Tia, Melissa, Angelique and Mario, Darlene and Cathy were wonderful. Hopefully I did not miss any names. The Physical Therapy team is second to none - Erica, Virginia and the rest of the team did a great job and my mom is walking better every day since she has been home due to their focused care.
Alicia, Melissa, Sara and Carol are the heartbeat of the facility as far as I am concerned. They are inclusive and obviously enjoy their work. And they understand that being around other people and participating is also a part of the healing process. And last but not least I was very impressed with Tim Reardon and his entire management team. They dive right in to help serve patients their meals when needed and they remember the names of the patients they speak with. Overall if I could give Novi Lakes a 10 rating if I could give more stars. I will recommend Novi Lakes to anyone who needs to have excellent care for their loved one.
