My husband just came home after spending 4 weeks here for rehab. When he first arrived at rehab from the hospital he was a mess, both physically and mentally. They helped him start over again.

From custodial, kitchen staff, PT, OT, and speech therapy, to nursing and aids, front office and activities, everyone created a warm family atmosphere and were so great to work with. I highly recommend Novi Lakes Health Campus.

My mother recently completed a 45 day stay at Novi Lakes to receive rehab for a broken hip. I can't say enough good things about the care she received. The management team and all of the staff are kind, caring and professional. The nurses always took the time to answer any questions our family asked - Ashley, Jessica, Mariah, Tia, Melissa, Angelique and Mario, Darlene and Cathy were wonderful. Hopefully I did not miss any names. The Physical Therapy team is second to none - Erica, Virginia and the rest of the team did a great job and my mom is walking better every day since she has been home due to their focused care.
Alicia, Melissa, Sara and Carol are the heartbeat of the facility as far as I am concerned. They are inclusive and obviously enjoy their work. And they understand that being around other people and participating is also a part of the healing process. And last but not least I was very impressed with Tim Reardon and his entire management team. They dive right in to help serve patients their meals when needed and they remember the names of the patients they speak with. Overall if I could give Novi Lakes a 10 rating if I could give more stars. I will recommend Novi Lakes to anyone who needs to have excellent care for their loved one.

Our final Port of Call for the week was Alaska. We had a great time learning about the creatures that roam Alaska's wilderness and the activities that are the most popular to do in Alaska. We went to Red Lobster for a delicious lunch, then came back and did a little fishing. In the evening we watched the Aurora as we sipped on wine.

Our first Port of Call on Monday for our Cruise Theme Week was Mexico. We learned about the culture of Mexico, foods, and traditional attire worn there. In the morning we exercised to salsa music. For our outing we traveled to Alchile Mexican Grill & Bar, Novi for lunch. The service was amazing and the food was delicious! In the evening we served Margaritas and watched a movie. A special thanks to Mabel, Miriam and Blanca from out dining department for helping with our photo booth and letting us borrow authentic sombreros and serapes!

What a beautiful day we had at Seven Lakes State Park on Friday. We met up with a few of our sister campuses for a day of fun, laughter, bubbles, great food, and great conversation. We put our toes in the sand, sat by the lake, played games and blew bubbles. A wonderful day was had by all!!
