Introduced some new games where we worked on lateral movement but the kids just were having fun and caught some great reactions from the group! These will now be implemented in all classes from now on! If you’re not running with us you should be. Contact me to join us.

Athlete Profile: Lia Roe

Lia Roe is a 10-year-old multi-sport athlete who competes in soccer, basketball, and softball, proudly wearing number 2. Known for her energy, speed, and confidence, Lia is a truly dynamic presence on the field—constantly moving, competing, and making plays happen. Her ability to transition skills across sports sets her apart and shows her high athletic IQ. Lia has been a Runwithroe athlete since day one, embodying the work ethic, attitude, and passion that Runwithroe was built on.

Who thinks about track meets in a blizzard? Runwithroe does. Current, past, and those yet to enroll with us are all welcome to run with us at our first track meet in April. Ages 7 up are welcome.
