If your kids have trained with us or you’ve seen what we do at Runwithroe, I’d really appreciate your help spreading the word! 🙏

Our new drill takes hand eye coordination to the next level and Nathan was the first to complete it! Catch the hexo stick and then 3 straight tennis balls comin at ya.
