A new class series for February!
Our first class series was a great success that I am offering a second series!
These classes will be offered via zoom and will be recorded so that you can view them for one week after the live class. So don't worry if you can't make it to the live class, the recording will be there for you to view at your convenience, or to utilize again throughout the week if desired.
2 classes being offered:
Strength & Stretch: A blend of strength, balance and flexibility! We will utilize our own body weight and light hand weights (hand weights are optional). Great for calming the nervous system while adding some strength to your practice. This class is for all levels.
Strength & Stretch 4-week series will be offered on Saturdays from 8:00 - 9:00 am

Reset & Restore with Yin Yoga: Melt away residual tension and stress in this all-levels yin yoga practice. This class is perfect for those looking for a more restful night’s sleep, a practice in self-care, stress release, and cultivating balance both physically and mentally.
Yin Yoga 4-week series will be offered on Wednesdays from 6:45 - 7:45 pm

Classes will be only be offered as a 4-week series.
$40 for each 4-week series
