Completing the soul contracts we agreed to, karma clearing & detachment. We are all energy & to "win" we must raise our vibration & stay in the flow.

PSA to men that love women. Help her feel less self conscious about the parts of her that she might not love so much about herself. This in turn can help her live in her body better & not so much in her head. When we are able to drop into our body we can get in touch better with our pleasure & not miss out on that part of the connection.

Spiritual awakenings can make you feel crazy. It's not a mid-life crisis. You aren't afraid that your life is passing by. You realize you've been wearing a mask & playing a role your entire life. You are simply getting in touch with the real you. This can be confusing, scary, make you angry, yet joyful all mixed together.
Family & friends don't get it. They are still playing their roles. You keep a lot of what you're experiencing to yourself to avoid judgment.
You don't have to go it alone. If you need a safe & non-judgmental space to share your confusion, anger, or fears, I've been there, I can be that ear. I can make you actually feel seen & heard. You're not crazy. You're evolving & growing into what your soul has been leading towards. It might be uncomfortable now, but you're heading towards a more healed & whole version of yourself.
