Welcome to Inspire 4/5D life.
Each month we well do a simple act of kindness or a spiritual awareness.
These acts are usually performed daily, however, anytime you have to devote to these exercises is beneficial .
These exercises are designed to be simple and easy for a reason, so please do not revamp or overthink it .

Living in gratitude …
In the USA November is the time of year when we usually gather together and give thanks and reflect on our blessings.
A tradition that dates back to 1621,
Thanksgiving has morphed into a ritual of gathering with Family and Friends to eat lots of food, watching the Macy’s Parade, watch/play football, decorate for Christmas and in recent years, go shopping and set the TV to the Hallmark Channel.
Thanksgiving hasn’t always been the holiday it is today. It hasn’t always been filled with joy and love and overeating. And much like the times we live in now, sometimes finding gratitude was less easy…. But somehow it has rallied through the years and survived .
This November 27th, let us be inspired to celebrate In the spirit of the very first Thanksgiving. Where sharing the bounty of the harvest, honoring the sacrifices made and being thankful for what we have, was the main focus of the day.
Take a moment each day in November to reflect on the things in your life that you are thankful for. Find ways to share your bounty (by gifts of time/talent/etc). Pay it forward. Honor your journey. Embracing the abundance and the challenges.
Daily gratitude will move mountains.
I have been doing these Inspire 4/5D exercises for a few years now. Once you become comfortable with the simplicity of the exercises and get into it, you will begin to see how powerful these exercises are.
