Good morning Everyone!

Happy Sunday!
I hope you're all doing well & making the most out of your day! Whether you're working or have the day off relaxing, or catching up on work. I feel Sunday is a great day to prepare us for our week & allows extra time for self-care. What have you been procrastinating on, what have you been wanting to do for yourself but " just don't have the time ", what changes can you make today that can benefit you and help your week go more smoothly?

Self care is vital to your health don't brush it off! Health=Wealth
Pay attention to the signs of mental health needing attention, being overwhelmed, neglecting priorities, energetic burnout, & compassion fatigue for those serving others.

Are you staying on track or are you falling back into old habits lowering your Vibrational Frequency? Are you just working or doing what you love too? Sundays give us that time to re-evaluate ourselves, as well as our goals.

So ask yourself this question "what can I do today that will benefit my upcoming week & Future Self"?

For those who aren't aware I am a Certified Reiki Master Teacher ( Energy Facilitator ).
Reiki has allowed me to empower and transform myself by focusing on digging deep within doing the inner healing work, which changed my entire life & external reality for the best. By healing pains of the past, releasing burdensome thoughts & trust in the process, let go of all that's weighing me down & learning to surrender, and also has allowed me to become more in tune with myself, others, & my surroundings! Reiki allowed me to release the conditioning , thoughts, and opinions of others and helped me fully plunge into my true authentic self who I've always known I'd grow to be since a child.

Reiki seeks to heal the Root of the issue, so the energetic attachment can be released no longer draining or blocking your flow of energy, rather than temporarily masking the issue.
