Where were all my Aqua fitness Participants tonight? It was 69° & the water was perfect & warm!!
We only had two out of 16 registered show up and three drop ins for a nice round number of five people six including me !! I hope you guys will come out on Wednesday to make up for last Monday and get your last workout on 💪 💦

We had such a great turnout and such a fun class tonight at the Elmwood Park aquatic center!!! Every Monday night is Aqua Fitness for the rest of the summer through end of August
Come back Wednesday for Aqua Zumba with Catalina she’s amazing !!!
