Get the updated COVID-19 vaccine and a flu shot, along with the RSV vaccine if eligible, for greater protection during the winter months.
Get up to 8 free COVID-19 home antigen tests from the federal government before traveling for the holidays. Visit covid.gov/tests to order your self-tests.
Learn to recognize cold, flu, RSV, and COVID-19 symptoms and how to feel better when you’re under the weather.
Practice healthy habits such as washing hands, wearing a mask, and staying home when sick.

Oakland Symphony Youth Orchestra is having auditions the first week of June! There are spots open for every instrument. OSYO consists of nearly 90 talented music students (aged 12 to 22 years) from 46 schools and more than 30 cities in the San Francisco Bay Area, the Youth Orchestra is open by audition to all qualified young people from Bay Area schools.
No musician is excluded for reasons of financial need.
