Hi everyone, I'll be teaching a new yoga class for toddler and preschool children, ages 2-4, at Then Comes Baby, starting April 6th. This new center focuses on mothers and caregivers who need support during this important time of transition. Services include classes, lactation consulting, and general support for new parents and caregivers. The center is on Grand Ave. in Oakland. Check it out.
