Saturday, June 28 | 10:30am–1:00pm Private Location in Forestville

Join Anjuli Mahendra for a soul-nourishing journey into the heart of devotion through movement, mantra, and community connection. This special offering weaves together sacred ritual, embodied flow, and collective song to awaken joy, gratitude, and inner spaciousness.

We’ll begin with a heart-opening cacao circle, honoring the wisdom and medicine of this sacred plant ally. Together, we’ll share gratitudes and intentions to begin our journey, releasing the the rhythms of daily life to create space for what’s ready to emerge.

Next, Anjuli will guide you through a Bhakti yoga flow class, inviting you to open your heart and body through mindful movement, breath, and devotional awareness. This practice will strengthen and revitalize your body, while supporting connection to self, source, and one another.

We’ll close with a Kirtan and song circle, where all voices are welcome. In this collective field of sound and prayer, we remember the power of community and the beauty of shared expression.

Whether you’re a longtime Bhakti lover or simply curious to explore, this workshop is an invitation to refill your cup and reconnect with what matters most.

Now is the time for deeper strength and resiliency both mentally and physically. With our current political landscape and shift into autumn, make sure to incorporate practices that work your lungs and heart, especially now that the days are shorter and less time to get out for hikes and jogs. Stay close with your community and friends and make space to be with your experience. Remember that you are a divine being and you have all the gifts and wisdom to rise to any occasion.

*NEW CLASS ANNOUNCEMENT*

So looking forward to starting a weekly Bhakti Flow class with our new community here in Sebastopol! After many years of only teaching workshops and retreats, feels like a sweet joy to create a local sangha for this special practice that can be a continuous anchor of support and vitality.

What can you expect from this class?
We'll open our voices and hearts with chanting at the beginning and end of class honoring our sacred connection to Source and the elements of nature. I'll guide you through an all-levels practice that will include yoga, qigong, mobility, and core work so that you'll walk away feeling rejuvenated, strong, and connected to your true nature.

In addition to this weekly class, I'll be opening up some limited availability on Wednesdays and Thursdays for my integrative bodywork practice at a beautiful new office.

Looking forward to serving my local community with these life-giving practices and see you in the neighborhood!

In the midst of the chaos and hustle of life, what are the ways we can step more fully into our path and purpose with an open heart? I wrote this song many years ago and just recently did a simple recording so it's accessible.

I hope it reminds you that you have all of the wisdom within your sacred vessel. Each of us has a precious path here on the planet. It takes work to let go of our fears and doubts and step fully onto our path, but that is our soul's desire!
