Hi! I'm Katrina! I started DDP YOGA with Jeremy Shumate of Fierce Body Yoga just a little over a year ago. These pictures are where I started and where I am currently. These classes have changed not just my physical appearance, but my life! I became, stronger and healthier. My mental health is so much better. I have more energy than I have in a very long time. I have lost almost 60 pounds and have been able to remove 5 medications that I was on.
