Babes HIIT Columbus GRAND RE-OPENING!! Come join , and for a workout + DJ + mimosas at F45.

Babes HIIT Columbus is finally back in action after a 2 year COVID break and we cannot wait to connect with everyone again!

What is Babes HIIT? We are your Columbus "one stop shop" fitness resource! We partner with different fitness studios around Columbus for donation-based classes so you can test them out, we have a calendar of fitness events posted every month, and have Babes-exclusive hikes & socials.

Who is F45?: Born in Australia, the F45 workouts combine elements of high- intensity interval training (HIIT), circuit training, and functional training. The variation of our workout programming keeps our members challenged, eager to grow and ready to have fun.

What to expect: a FULL HOUR long HIIT class with a DJ, and mimosas after class!

What to bring: a water bottle (and your inhaler if you're anything like me)

2022 word and focus: Me.

I'm giving myself permission to be selfish this year. I'm giving myself permission to be myself, to offer forgiveness and to let go. I'm giving myself permission to make my passions a priority. I'm giving myself permission to set boundaries and not feel badly for sticking to them. I'm giving myself permission to fight for the life that I want, and most importantly, that I deserve.

I am not a selfish person and I am fully prepared to fail more than a few times, but 2022 is my year for ME.

Happy New Year to all of you beautiful people. I wish you all a year of clarity and happiness ♡
