Hello all!! I am returning back to work with a couple of changes!

My new hours will be

Monday- Wednesday 9-2 or 10-3 depending on clients availability!
Thursday & Friday open 2-7
Closed on Saturdays for now!

I also will be adding in a couple new services

•10-30 minute extra time on bed after service for resting, etc. which I will be calling “drifting”

•20 minute stretching with me before session ( so come in or bring appropriate clothing)

•Mindful massage ( massage session with 20 minute recorded guided mediation before or after service)

Also wanted to remind everyone that I also can educate parents/caretakers to perform infant massages and stretching to help those babies with sleep, colic etc!

I will start taking clients the first week of March 🙂 in the building just one door East of Gages shop! I also will be asking all clients to enter through the front door! Another note, if I see you weekly, biweekly, or monthly please schedule a couple appointments ahead so that I can ensure you stay on tract with your care with me!! With my new limited hours I want to be sure to stay on schedule with everyone 🙂 (if you haven’t received a personal message from me and see me regularly I will be reaching out in the next few days to get you all settled)
