I meannnnn have ya ever seen something so cute!? 😍

Maddie is a TLY trained teacher in the 200 hour + in Buddha Boot Camp who holds additional certifications in meditation training + studied Mindfulness at Lesley University.

She is currently to pursuing a master’s degree in English through Harvard and you can find storytelling and poetry, often interwoven into her classes aimed to inspire mindfulness.

A busy student + lover of the ocean - she is often traveling in the winter and will be adjusting her yoga, teaching schedule in next month! 🏝️

** 2 more weeks ** of her FULL TLY schedule :
Tuesday 9 am
Wednesday 6 am
Thursday 9 am
Saturday 730 am

Don’t worry though! Come December we still have her Tuesdays + Wednesdays. 🙏🏼

But get a hold of Maddie while you can the rest of this month and experience, her grounding magic and go see her tomorrow for 2 more Thursday Full Body Fire Flows! 🤍

Brooke’s surfer series is being offered as a part of Workshop Wednesdays but can be bought as a regular class or used with your packages!

Our 2nd Buddha Boot Camp Teacher Training is coming up in April and **tomorrow** ends our early EARLY bird pricing!

This class is so special because it keeps Yoga at the core of it with philosophy to help you get closer to your Buddha nature, Savasana + meditation, but it also challenges you in a way that you might not normally get in Yoga…. With Boot Camp style strength training, cardio dance, and opportunities for intuitive movement + sound, it’s truly unique + here to keep you physically, mentally, and spiritually fit.
