'𝗗𝗢𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗪𝗢𝗥𝗞'- By Lisa Wilson, LMT, Co-Founder of Marconics

"What does 'doing the work' mean?

Several of you have asked what we mean when we say something like 'the Marconics 'Quantum' Recalibration is not a magic bullet, you still have to do the work.'

What work? What is it?

Imagine that you needed to lose weight because you have high blood pressure and other conditions that are putting your health and well being at risk. You could go to the gym and sign up for a membership. You could go to the grocery store and buy all kinds of healthy nutritious foods - but that is merely the starting point.

Paying for the gym membership will not do you any good if you don't actually go to the gym and exercise. Buying the healthy food isn't going to make any difference if you're hitting the drive through on the way home. You have to take control and change the behaviors. You have to do the work.

The same applies for your Spiritual Health. Having the Marconics 'Quantum' Recalibration is a huge step. However, it can't 'fix' everything for you. However, 'Some assembly is required' which means you need to take a look at what behaviors are contributing to your growth and which ones are detracting from it.

Are you in a job, a relationship, a friendship or living situation that is not serving you in being your most benevolent self and living your truth? Are you doing anything to change it? And no, I don't mean that you have to quit, break up or move - but what are you doing to be the change agent and creator in your own life?

Are you choosing your 'go to' reactions when you're triggered or are you stopping and being mindful and choosing in that moment to respond from your heart rather than react? Are you doing things because you want to or because you feel obligated to?

The 'work' is not a specific set of steps - meditate 3 times a day, drink kombucha and twist yourself into a yoga pretzel. The 'work' is whatever you need it to be to enable yourself to BE.

It's recognizing something like 'yes, I can see that my spouse/partner is not a mind reader, and if I want to improve my relationship I need to communicate in a clear and loving way and listen in an open, receptive and loving way in return....' It's recognizing that you might be burnt out at your 9 to 5 and taking the vacation you've been putting off or asking for the sabbatical to recharge your batteries and refresh your soul.... You get the idea.

The work is aligning with YOU, listening to the whispering of your heart and urging of your soul. It's trusting your gut feelings and coming into alignment with your purpose, and your joy - it's releasing expectations. It's releasing judgement. It's dropping out of fear and into your heart. It's finding your center and your truth."

"Some of the changes are uncomfortable, tumultuous, and even violent. There are many people who are swept up into the fear-pain-fear cycle that our human race perpetuates—whether for dominance, profit, entertainment, or even self sabotage.

Fear is rampant in our news media, in our entertainment, and even locked into our own spiritual beings. We hold on to feelings like fear of failure, fear of success, punishment, fear of intimacy, inadequacy, and lack.

Those who are afraid of getting in touch with their own spiritual brilliance, their own form of Divinity, will continue to allow fear to dominate their thoughts. They will continue to call forth situations, people, places, and things that will continue to reinforce and feed their belief that life should be fearful.

Other changes will be softer but no less powerful. When we allow ourselves to lift the veils of anger, stress, resentment, fear, hatred, and distrust that shroud our lives, we clear the pathway to live in the energy of love.

When one person raises his or her vibration into the energy of love, he or she also raises the vibration of all those he or she comes into contact with."
