Some morning rituals here in the office.... Ashwagandha tea, Pau D’arco tea (I like them together), a variety of anti inflammatory spices and essential oils. I mixed ginger and turmeric into my tea this morning, along with a tablespoon of coconut oil. We diffuse essential oils throughout the office. They smell good, but have wonderful health properties to boot. Many of our massage patients also like the oils blended into their massage lotion for aromatherapy and relaxation.
