If you always feel tight…

Stretching isn’t always the answer.

A lot of people deal with chronic “tightness” not because their muscles are short, but because certain muscles aren’t doing their job.

When that happens, your body compensates by creating tension, stiffness, and recurring pain.

That’s where muscle inhibition comes in:
👉 not turning on at the right time
👉 not enough force
👉 poor coordination

Fix the control → the tightness starts to go away.

If you’ve been stretching daily and still feel stuck, you’re probably missing this piece.

3 days ago I felt a sharp stabbing pain in my back after demonstrating a box jump. It has made walking, bending backwards, standing and making transitions painful. The sharp pain has reduced by atleast 50% since it since day 1 and this is the routine I’ve been performing. The back feels great after doing these.

Introducing movement early when injured is crucial to restore mobility, prevent long term complications (such as chronic pain) and heal as quickly as possible.

In 6 weeks he’s reported 70% improvement! He’s returned to playing basketball at a high intensity and performing leg full workouts including squats without nagging pain the day after.

When I asked him “what has made the biggest impact in his recovery? “

He responded “the isometrics you taught me to do at home twice a day”

He is now able to perform 8 inch step down with good control and no knee pain indicating he’s on the right track!

Remember when you were 17? You used to move without thinking. Now it’s stiffness, tightness, or pain every time you try to work out.

Most people think they just need to stretch more or take it easy. That’s exactly why it keeps coming back.

Start here instead:
• Press Ups on your stomach
• Back Extensions
• Kneeling Forward Reach w/ foam roller
• Split Stance Hip Bend w/ kettlebell

These are designed to help your body move the way it’s supposed to again

If these feel hard, painful, or confusing… that’s your sign you need a plan.

Send me a DM and I’ll show you what’s holding you back and how to fix it

She was told she needed surgery. 3 weeks later, she was back in yoga.

For a full year, this patient’s life was on hold. A partially torn foot tendon meant:
❌ Constant 8/10 pain.
❌ Zero yoga or weightlifting.
❌ Interrupted sleep every single night.
She tried it all: injections, heel inserts, hot/cold therapy, endless stretching, even had MRIs and x-rays. Nothing stuck, until we looked at the data.

When we first met, her left ankle was producing only 16.2 lbs of peak force (see the orange line). She wasn’t just “injured”; she was significantly underpowered.

By focusing on objective reassessment and targeted loading, we achieved:
• +122% Strength Increase in the affected ankle.
• Pain dropped from 8/10 to 2/10.
• 4.8% Asymmetry (down from a massive 48% gap!).

2 days ago, she completed her first independent yoga class and weightlifting session in over a year with only a mild flare up in pain indicating she’s on the right path.

Stop guessing, start measuring. If you’ve been “doing the exercises” but aren’t seeing the results, you might be missing the data. We save you time by finding exactly what the issue is and what needs to be done so you can get back to the activities you love as quickly as possible

Exercises we use to help a basketball player dealing with knee pain get back on the court. He’s 3 week into his program, his pain is under control and already playing harder, jumping higher and recovering faster. The focus has been on improving quadriceps strength, ability to decelerate quickly and building tendon strength via isometrics at different positions and intensities. If you are someone who’s been having nagging knee pain that is affecting your running, walking or participation in sport, it doesn’t have to keep being that way. Send us a DM and we can help
