Caramel Frosting Recipe 🍮
📋 Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
🥣 Instructions:
1. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
2. Stir in brown sugar and milk. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
3. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
4. Gradually whisk in powdered sugar until smooth.
5. Stir in vanilla extract.
6. If the frosting is too thick, add a little more milk until desired consistency is reached.
7. Spread over your favorite cake or cupcakes.

- Ensure the frosting is completely cooled before spreading on baked goods.
- For a richer flavor, use dark brown sugar.
