For the past 26 years, I have worked with people of all ages and in all health conditions become their healthiest self as a certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Specialist, aerobics instructor, and coach. As an award winning Chef and Cooking Instructor, I teach others how to cook nutritiously for themselves and families in my cooking classes. I also give nutritional guidance and detailed diet plans according to individual needs through diagnostic nutrition services. Currently, I am publishing my first book - An Eternal “Why” for Everlasting Results: Fitness, Food, and Faith - and cookbook - Cooking with Kim Cookbook - both to be released in Fall 2017!!! Watch for the release date and details on how to reserve your copy!! I still coach running & triathlon and write monthly articles "An Apple A Day" Magazine (soon to be called "Be Well" Magazine.)
