🌿 Move my body
I don’t care what it is—lift, walk, something.
We’re not just sitting around all day.

🌿 Hit my protein
If I don’t… I feel it. Energy sucks, I’m snacky, workouts feel off.
So yeah—non-negotiable.

🌿 Drink my water
So simple but most people skip it.
Then wonder why they feel tired, bloated, off…

🌿 Get outside / breathe for a second
Sunlight, a walk, literally just getting out of my own head.
This one matters more than people think.

🌿 I stay aware (not perfect) with my nutrition
I’m not guessing. I’m not ignoring. I’m paying attention.
Awareness is what keeps me aligned—even when life isn’t perfect.

Meet Ashley 💪

Ashley is the owner of Evolved Health LLC and offers on-site personal training at Vault Performance Co. for those looking for individualized guidance, support, and programming. In addition to personal training, she also leads our Mindful Movement and B***y Bootcamp classes.

Ashley is passionate about helping people move well, build strength, and feel confident in their fitness journey.

🎉 Yesterday was an incredible race day! 🎉

Snake Saturday 5k Run, Walk, & Stroll

Thanks to the amazing support of our community, we’re thrilled to share that $2,250 was raised through the 5k Run, Walk, & Stroll!

The funds will be split between Helen's House and the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Kansas City, helping both organizations continue the important work they do for families and youth in our community.

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who participated — runners, walkers, volunteers, sponsors, and supporters. Events like this are only possible because of you! 👟👏
