Dave doesn’t just serve meals; he builds community. He was nominated for going above and beyond to make the cafeteria a place where students and staff feel heard, welcomed, and excited to participate.
Why Dave is our Hero:
Engagement Leader: He has taken the lead on fun new activities that have boosted participation across the board.
Student Advocate: Dave is known for truly listening to our students and staff to make sure the program meets their needs.
Character Champion: He’s always on the lookout for students doing the right thing. If Dave catches a student helping out or being kind, he makes sure administrators know so they can earn points for the Hiker Store! 🎒✨
