🍽️ On the Menu
We were impressed by the variety of options available to students. The star of the show was the chicken empanada served alongside a side of hot veggies.
🥗 The “Power of 3”
One of the most beautiful things about the dining hall here is seeing students take ownership of their meals. Students are encouraged to make their trays as full as they want! The only rule? To ensure a balanced meal, they must choose at least 3 components, including at least one fruit or veggie. Seeing those trays pile up with fresh options is a win for everyone.

Our incredible Staff: Specifically those willing to jump in and sub at other schools whenever there is a need.
