A few reasons why my clients hire me:

- They want to get stronger.

- They want to get up and down off the ground to play with their kids/grandkids.

- They know they ought to be lifting weights but don't know how, or how much, or if they are doing it right.

- They are getting ready for a race/ game/ sporting event and need to maximize their cross training efforts.

- They have a home gym or a membership to a gym that they don't utilize because they would rather have someone else structure their workout so all they have to do is show up.

So much gratitude for each of these ladies who showed up, worked hard, and poured their hearts out completing 108 sun salutations to raise money for .

It was a PERFECT evening of community, intention, movement, and space holding. I love hosting this practice.

👉🏽 I have an ask!

Do you know any business owners (ideally in the movement/ fitness/ yoga) realm who might be interested in hosting a class to bring awareness to appendix cancer?

(Salt Lake City or Farmington maybe?)

Please connect us!

As always, I'm so grateful for each of you and the way you show up in my life.

Your presence matters.

Love you.

One of the biggest myths many women believe is that strength training is only for men trying to build big muscles.

Nothing could be further from the truth.

After 40, strength training becomes one of the most important things you can do for your health and longevity. It’s not about becoming bulky. It’s about staying capable.
Lifting weights helps protect your bones from osteoporosis, maintain muscle that naturally declines with age, keep your metabolism strong, support healthy hormones, protect your joints and balance, reduce the risk of falls and injuries later in life
and perhaps most importantly… it keeps you independent.

Strong legs mean you can climb stairs easily. Strong arms mean you can carry groceries. Strong muscles mean you can keep doing the things you love for decades.

Strength training isn’t about vanity.
It’s about vitality.

It’s about being 70 or 80 and still living life on your own terms.
You don’t have to lift heavy.
You just have to start.

Your future self will thank you. đź’Ş
