One of our AMAZING Yoga Fest Coordinators is hosting some amazing transformative classes!

✨Starting this Wednesday. I am cohosting with Lauren Scoll, a 500hr teacher with a natural gift for creating beautiful intentionality in the details. Together, we will be crafting 2 hour workshops to transition in community from the Year of the Snake to the Year of the Horse.

🌿 Relax & Reprieve: January First Friday Art Stroll

Let’s start the year off right.

This First Friday at The Monarch, we’re slowing down and recalibrating. Bring your yoga mat, turn off your phone, and settle into a calm, reflective night of art + presence.

🧘‍♀️ Wasatch Yoga Fest is offering a FREE yoga class at 7:00 PM — come breathe, move, and reset with us right in the middle of the stroll.

Family-friendly, with intention. A few thoughtfully curated vendors will be present to complement the evening.
