So many delicious sweet treats are about to be in abundance at every turn and it can be hard to stop indulging once we've started! While we won't be skipping out on the sweets entirely, we may quickly find there CAN be too much of a good thing, so we're gearing up for a balanced holiday season with Ceylon cinnamon and Blood Sugar supplements!

🩸 Cinnamon may help lower blood sugar by imitating insulin which helps move sugar from your blood into your cells, and can increase your insulin sensitivity, making insulin more efficient at moving sugar into your cells!
