I don’t know the words to use.

I don’t know the thoughts to have.

I don’t know the emotions to keep in or let out.

So I’ll just be open and vulnerable with this.

The last month has been almost more than I can bear. My younger brother, the baby of the family, has been diagnosed with one of the rarest forms of cancer that exist.

Some days it feels like make-believe, other days it’s so real I feel like I can’t breathe.

He’s been so brave and I’m so proud of him, his determination, and his strength.

Hi Friends, I have a big ask on this Memorial Day Weekend.⁣
⁣
This is Hope, she is a beautiful Angel with an amazing spirit.⁣
⁣
Hope has a story that is so complex for such a little girl. It amazes me how much her spirit shines through and prevails given all she has been through in her young life.⁣
⁣
Hope’s father was a veteran who selflessly served our country. Four years ago he lost his life to su***de. A story that is too familiar in our heroes lives and their families lives. ⁣
⁣
Now his daughter Hope is battling a new diagnosis of juvenile arthritis. After months of watching her go from an active, happy, highly energetic kid to a kid that couldn’t walk and needed to be carried or wheeled around because of her pain, the answer finally came. But it didn’t make things easier.⁣
⁣
Her and her mom are so amazing and I cannot fathom how they have the strength to do what they do. ⁣
⁣
Now they need our help. Their GoFundMe link is my profile. The medical bills for baby Hope are piling up and again, Courtney is finding herself in another overwhelming situation. ⁣

𝘼 𝙍𝙚𝙨𝙚𝙩 𝙤𝙛 𝙈𝙞𝙣𝙙 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝘽𝙤𝙙𝙮⁣

Every so often an overhaul is needed. Even those who operate in the highest consciousness of self will at some point need to clear the bullsh*t.⁣
⁣
There are so many fantastic ways to do this. Have you found yours?⁣
⁣
Over the last 3 years, the weight of life has been nearly unbearable.⁣
⁣
Questioning if this life is even worth living has been very dark and very difficult. I’ve gone through this in almost total isolation for a long time. Not telling a soul of my struggles. ⁣
⁣
This weekend was a return to self. I was able to feel light and unburdened. I learned how to laugh again and mean it. And I realized that all of this I am capable of attaining and feeling because it all exists within me. ⁣
⁣
I can tap back in now! ⁣
⁣
𝗟𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗻𝘀: God is real. Grace is necessary. You cannot heal trauma in isolation. Laughter is infectious. Life is very much worth living. ⁣
