🌿You can do everything “right.”
Eat clean, take herbs, meditate, sleep eight hours—and still feel like your body isn’t catching up.
Because healing doesn’t begin in the gut or in the liver. It begins when your nervous system feels safe.
When you’re stuck in fight-or-flight, your body can’t prioritize repair. No tonic, tincture or ritual will land when your system is braced to threat.

Ayurveda understood this long before we had the work nervous system. It’s called Vata—the energy of movement.
When Vata is balanced, you feel calm, creative, and clear. When it’s disturbed, your energy scatters—digestion slows, sleep slips away, and your body forgets how to rest.
To heal Vata is to regulate your nervous system:
Warmth.
Oil.
Nourishment.
Rhythm.
Stillness.
Safety.
