🌿You can do everything “right.”
Eat clean, take herbs, meditate, sleep eight hours—and still feel like your body isn’t catching up.

Because healing doesn’t begin in the gut or in the liver. It begins when your nervous system feels safe.

🫚Have you ever tasted medicine disguised as delicious comfort?

That’s what chai is — a daily ritual of healing disguised as indulgence.

In Ayurveda, chai isn’t a drink you buy at Starbucks—it’s medicine. A ritual. A way to awaken your inner fire.

Each spice has a purpose.

🫚Ginger stokes your inner fire (Agni), awakening digestion and circulation.
🌿Clive opens the breath and clears stagnation
💚Cardamom soothes the stomach and calms the mind.
🍂Coriander + Fennel cool inflammation and heal the gut lining
☕️Black tea gently energizes without the crash
🥛Organic half n half (or milk of choice) nourishes & grounds.
🍯Raw honey adds natural sweetness after the heat - preserving it’s healing enzymes.

Together, they create harmony … warmth that reaches all the way to your bones. A simple sacred ritual for body and spirit.

Medicinal Chai
3 slices fresh ginger
6 whole cloves lightly crushed
1/2 teaspoon coriander seeds
3 whole peppercorns
3 cardamom pods
1/2 teaspoon fennel seeds
1 tablespoon of loose black tea
3 cups cold water
6-8 tablespoons half & half or milk of choice
2 tablespoons raw honey

In medium saucepan gently warm the ginger, cloves, coriander, peppercorns, cardamom, fennel, tea, water, and half & half.
Cover and simmer 10-15 minutes, never boil.
strain into your favorite cup, sweeten with raw honey, sip slowly, and feel your body respond.

🌟Ayurveda calls this a daily ritual of healing. One that warms the body, and strengthens immunity from within.
