Since moving into the Salatka house, Kevin has truly begun to thrive. After a short adjustment period to get used to his new routine, Kevin has embraced his new home and is doing wonderfully!

Kevin has become more engaged with staff and his QIDP, showing great progress in his willingness to participate and connect. One of the biggest joys has been watching Kevin come out of his shell, especially now that he is surrounded by residents closer to his own age. This sense of community has encouraged Kevin to build new friendships and enjoy a stronger sense of belonging.

Each week, Kevin looks forward to attending classes like Health and Wellness and Creative Arts, where his personality shines. These classes give him the chance to explore music, movement, and the arts—outlets that bring him happiness and allow his creativity to flourish.

Kevin’s journey is a beautiful example of how love, community, and opportunity can make a difference. Thank you for making this possible through your generous support of our Love in Action Campaign.

Residents Brandon, Kathy, Alicia, Emma, Noel, John, Shelby, and Kevin worked hard all month long, showing incredible teamwork, positive attitudes, and dedication to growing their daily living skills.

A huge shout-out to the amazing St. Michael’s staff — Barbara, JoAnn, Lisa, and QIDP Tammy — for your unwavering support, encouragement, and hands-on guidance. Your passion and commitment shine through in every success your residents achieve.

🎃 Trunk or Treat Fun at the Center of Family Love! 🍂

Last week, our residents, staff, and community came together for a spooktacular evening of Trunk or Treat fun! Creative costumes, festive decorations, and plenty of sweet treats made the night one to remember.

Our residents showed off their best moves and their amazing costumes — from superheroes to tacos — filling the room with laughter, music, and joy.

Events like these remind us why we love the season — celebrating together, sharing smiles, and creating memories that warm our hearts all year long. ❤️

Thank you to everyone who helped make this event such a success!

💙 A Day of Joy, Creativity & Connection! 💙

We had the sweetest visit from the Kindergarten and 5th grade students of Bishop John Carroll Elementary! 🎒✨

Our CFL residents lit up with joy as they made colorful bracelets, explored campus on a lively nature scavenger hunt (yes — mini goats were included! 🐐), and shared in sidewalk chalk art, games, and laughter on the lawn. 🌿🎨

Special shoutout to Kennedy, Jon B., Randy, and Jan for bringing the energy — and to our amazing team (Alyssa, Barbara, Lisa, Ariel, Kenna, and Merys) for making this day unforgettable.

It was a heartwarming reminder of the beauty that happens when generations come together. 💛
