🎃 It’s Pumpkin Contest time again at Royal Oak Family Dental! 🎃

1️⃣ The LEGO Construction Zone: Our pumpkin is under “heavy construction” by a crew of LEGO workers! They’re working hard to carve this masterpiece.

Royal Oak Family Dental is a locally owned private practice in the Deer Creek area of Oklahoma City. Doctors Flesher and Tran and their service-oriented office are looking for a full time General Dentist who will make a personal commitment to the health of our patients. Our hours are different because our office is different; we serve our patients and their busy work schedules, so our work days are 7am -- 7pm. The office is open 3 days a week; please ask questions regarding the schedule to be sure this would be a great fit for you too!

A full schedule is waiting for a motivated candidate to join this state-of-the-art practice and patient focused, well-oiled team. Cone beam and other modern technology is on hand to take your production and income to the next level. Patient care, top-notch communication, and efficiency are hallmarks of Royal Oak Family Dental. Our practice averages 70+ new patients per month, and a Royal Oak associate can earn well over $200,000 without having to work in a rural setting.

Benefits include:
· Daily $900 guarantee or percentage of personal production, whichever is greater
· Life insurance
· 50% medical insurance
· Annual stipend up to $5K for continuing education
· Malpractice insurance
· Paid time off
· Work/ Life balance
· 33 clinical hours per week
· Complete clinical autonomy to prescribe and treat patients

As a Dentist with Royal Oak Family Dental, you will perform general clinical dentistry procedures such as exams, direct and indirect restorative work, tooth extractions and any other dental procedures. You will also provide endodontic care, perform crown and bridge procedures and provide fixed and removable prosthodontics care.

Candidates must possess:
· Current Oklahoma dentist license
· Current DEA and OBN license
· Ability to see patients of all ages
· High ethical standards
· Willingness to utilize technology
· Stellar chairside manner
· Energy to network in the community
· Passion for delivering clinical excellence
· Strong moral compass
· Ability to work independently
