🔥 RYLEE FOR THE CLEAN SWEEP 🔥

The IFBB NPC Grand Prix was a great show this past weekend, and Rylee showed out!

She is such a hard-working athlete! In a little over a year, we’ve rebuilt and reshaped her physique, and with a few more years of development, I know she’ll continue to dominate this division!

I coach all of my athletes with the full picture in mind: mental state, hormone health, longevity, and overall well-being, while pushing their bodies to the absolute limit, and Rylee showed exactly what happens when all of that aligns together!

So proud of you, Ry. 🔥✨🙌

I didn’t think it was possible to love my husband more than I already did… but these past six weeks have completely changed my heart. 💔❤️

When my dad had his stroke and our world turned upside down, there wasn’t even a question — my husband stepped in without hesitation. We both agreed that my dad needed our bedroom downstairs, so we packed up our things and moved upstairs to the guest room. No complaints. No second thoughts. Just love and understanding.

Since that day, he’s helped me care for my dad in every possible way — taking him to appointments, making him breakfast every morning, helping with his daily routines, and being patient and gentle through it all. He’s done it with such quiet strength and selflessness that it’s brought me to tears more than once.

This is what love looks like. It’s not just about the fun moments or the easy days. It’s about standing together when life gets hard — about choosing each other and the people you love, even when it’s heavy.

After 10½ years together, I’ve fallen more in love with him than ever before. Watching the way he has cared for my dad and supported me has shown me the kind of man he truly is — the kind of man I prayed for.

I don’t say it enough, but I couldn’t do this without him. I’m so thankful for his heart, his patience, and the way he loves not just me, but my family. ❤️

Find you a partner who shows up when life isn’t glamorous, when the days are long, and when love requires sacrifice — because that’s when you’ll see the truest kind of love there is.

If you know, you know 🤣

After my first breakup in high school 20 years ago, Kels and I set out in my driveway until 4 am to make these Jonas Brothers posters, because in my dramatic teenage heart, “the Jonas Brothers helped me get over my first breakup!” 💔🤣🫶

All these years later, both of us are with the loves of our lives, but we still like to show up and sing every word like we’re 15 again. 🩷 It’s wild how music holds memories like that… one song and suddenly you’re right back in your childhood bedroom, screaming lyrics that somehow still hit just as hard.

The Jonas Brothers put on an amazing show, and it was great to see live too! Getting to be there with my besties made it even better!

Also, if by chance the Jonas Brothers see this and want to sign my almost 20-year-old poster… I definitely wouldn’t be mad about it!! 🤣

Had the privilege of speaking to a group of incredible athletes this week- softball, basketball, baseball, football, and track. There’s truly nothing that fills me up more than helping young athletes strengthen not only their bodies, but their minds.

Talent/Skill may open the door, but mental toughness and discipline are what make you truly excel in your sport! 💪

Watching these athletes listen, learn, and grow reminded me why I love what I do — helping the upcoming athletes to compete with confidence and purpose!

Everyone help me with this beauty a happy birthday!

If I had to sum up our friendship in three words, it would be Fitness, Food, and Fit Posse! 💪🍕

From college midnight food runs to prepping for bodybuilding comps together, and now building Fit Posse Coaching for the past several years- we’ve gone through so much together! However, watching you step into your newest (and best) role as a wonderful mom has been the been by far the sweetest thing ever. 💕

You somehow balance motherhood, business, and being everyone’s motivation like it’s second nature. I’m so proud of you! Cheers to 34! Love you so much, T-Money/T-Mommy!! ❤️

Life looks a lot different these days. Since my dad’s stroke on September 3rd, he’s moved in with us, and our days are now centered around helping him heal. After a lot of thought, I’ve decided to pull out of the NPC Grand Prix in Oklahoma City. My heart is right where it needs to be. There’s no doubt I’ll be back on that stage one day, but right now, our focus is on him, and that means everything. Thank you for your continued prayers and support! ❤️

April 2025 ➡️ July 2025. Just three months apart, and such an incredible example of what intentional adjustments can do.

One of the reasons I love coaching is because of the strategy behind it. Every prep is like a puzzle—analyzing where we’re at, identifying what needs to be refined, and making the right calls on what to add, what to pull back, and what to completely change. It’s not just about training harder; it’s about training smarter and dialing in every variable.

Sarah has been consistent, disciplined, and willing to trust the process. This transformation shows what can happen when hard work meets precise changes! She placed top 5 in both shows, and I can’t wait to see what package we bring to the stage next!

Huge thank you to Tia with Muse Media for capturing these awesome pictures! I can’t believe I have been doing this sport for over 10 years now. If you’re just starting, or thinking about starting…..do it. Even on the hard days, even when motivation isn’t there — just keep showing up. That’s where the real change happens. You don’t have to be perfect. You just have to show up and be consistent!
