Choosing care for a parent is overwhelming. Most families rush because they’re stressed, scared, or trying to solve a crisis fast. That’s when the biggest mistakes happen.

Before you schedule tours, slow down and look for the things that truly matter:

1. Pay attention to the ratio, not the furniture.
