Carey Conley is a nationally-recognized speaker, author, entrepreneur, and mom. She is also the creator of the Do It On Purpose and Vision Driven Life movements, and is a co-founder of Infinite Nation™.

Her personal story is unique, full of ups and downs, extraordinary success, and devastating tragedy. But it’s these experiences that inform her message and help others achieve what they thought was impossible.
Raised in breathtaking Colorado, Carey had an idyllic childhood and went on to study business management and marketing in college. After marrying her high school sweetheart, she and her husband set out for successful careers in sales and marketing and were later blessed with two beautiful children.
Her husband quickly found success in the corporate world, yet Carey never quite fit that mold, often changing jobs hoping to find “the one.”
While working as a career advisor at a private college, she had a chance encounter with someone who changed her life by telling her that she would never find true happiness and purpose without a clear vision and a plan. These words encouraged her to pursue her passion, and that’s where Carey’s entrepreneurial journey began.
While working in advertising, Carey had her son Cole, and soon had another child on the way, her daughter, Laurel. That’s when her first shot at entrepreneurship presented itself, and she decided to become a consultant with Arbonne so she could work from home while raising her children.
But this wasn’t just a side job to make some extra money. Carey had big dreams. Guided by the vision and plan she’d established from her previous chance encounter, her intention from day one with Arbonne was to go all the way to the top.
Over the next 20+ years with the company, she earned numerous sales and sponsoring awards, earned over 15 trips, had three Mercedes-Benz company cars, and reached the National V.P. level that creates a six-figure residual income. All while coaching hundreds of people along the way, wanting to achieve the same things.
Though Carey was feeding her vision daily and achieving success beyond her wildest dreams, life had some devastating struggles in store for her: she lost both her husband and son to su***de. As she recalls, “After the loss of my husband and my son to su***de, the last thing I had in my life was a vision. I was consumed in crippling grief, sadness, and fear.”
Catapulted out of her comfortable reality, Carey was left to pick up the pieces with her daughter. Her life vision was being tested. But because her vision was so strong, it helped her rise up over the heartache and pain and eventually became her anchor through all of the loss.
Carey believes every one of us has a unique God-given mission to accomplish while we’re here on this earth. But it is up to us to show up, do the work, and follow the vision we’re destined for. Having a clear vision energized her and helped her through the most challenging times of her life. And soon, her new mission became helping others discover and accomplish their own vision.
True to her resilient nature, Carey worked through her tragedy and saw her strength as an opportunity to help others. She and her daughter, Laurel, even co-authored the book, Keep Looking Up: Transforming Grief into Hope After Tragedy. In the book, they share personal stories and strategies for rebuilding — and thriving — after a tragedy, as a new vision of hope springs up.
As Carey worked through grief, and as her vision continued to manifest, she decided to expand her reach even further and take her message out into the world. She chose a channel that would allow her to do what she loves doing most: speaking and mentoring people to create their own authentic visions and lead purposeful, joyful, abundant, and prosperous lives.
Carey began with one group of people, and the results were so amazing that she expanded into public workshops and events. The number of students grew from there, and something unexpected happened: students were finding success not only from coaching but also from one another. Thus, a community was born, and this proved to be the genesis for Infinite Nation™.
From there, Carey created additional programs, such as her V.I.V. (Vision is Victory) Academy, Masterclass, and book, and she co-founded the S.A.M. (Simplify — Accelerate — Monetize) Masterclass.
At her core, Carey has always identified with the word “infinity.” It’s the common thread between who she is and what she does. She believes we all have a special mission here on this planet, but we have to choose to listen to our inner voice to harness its power.
How does Carey know this to be true? Many years ago, after naming her Arbonne team Infinity, she came across the first journal she had as a teenager. And as fate would have it, one simple, yet powerful word was written on the front cover: Infinity.
To this day, she firmly believes there are no accidents in life. It’s simply a matter of listening to your own voice, cultivating a clear vision, and taking the necessary actions to make that vision a reality.
