Good evening my fungi loving Friends & Family! I will be taking a break from the business side of Mycology for a little bit because I am Starting School!

Here in the next few weeks I will be working on getting a GoPro camera so I can start showing you guys first hand just how amazing the process of growing gourmet mushrooms is! So exciting! We have also been working on ideas for packaging and other creative projects! I’m so excited to show Oklahoma and its inhabitants just how passionate I am about making a difference and making it healthy for all!

Did you guys know that the Oyster mushroom is high in minerals and vitamins B3, B5, B6, D, and A . They are also high in Phosphorus, Magnesium, Salt, Iron , and Zinc which are all necessary for us to develop a strong immune system! There are about 200 Known species of oyster mushrooms ! ALL of which are edible ! Isn’t that amazing?!

FungiFact of the day!!!

Did you know that mycelium contains up to 3x the pressure of a car tire ? Pretty amazing right!?
That must also be why a growing mushroom can blast through 3 inches of asphalt !!!
