Some seasons call for strength.
Others call for gentleness.

Birth and postpartum are both.

My heart as a doula is to offer steady presence, calm reassurance, and faith-rooted support—especially when things feel heavy or uncertain.

You don’t have to do this alone. 🤍

Starting this year rooted, not rushed 🌿

I’m Jordan, the birth & postpartum doula behind Rooted in Her Birth.

I believe God meets families in the quiet, sacred spaces of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum, and I feel called to serve with presence, compassion, and gentle support.

May this season find you held, supported, and never alone.

Wondering what to pack in your hospital bag? 🌿
Here are a few must-haves that can make a big difference in comfort and peace of mind:

👕 Comfy clothes (robe, nursing bra, socks)
🧴 Toiletries (toothbrush, hair ties, lip balm)
🍫 Snacks for you + your partner
📱 Phone charger with extra-long cord
💧 Water bottle or tumbler with a straw
✨ A favorite item from home (blanket, pillow, or essential oils)

Your hospital will provide basics like diapers, wipes, and pads—so think about packing items that make you feel rooted, seen, and supported. 💛

🌟 What’s one thing you won’t leave out of your hospital bag? Drop it in the comments—I’d love to hear!
